Dr. Karl Heinz Brücher

Chief Operations Officer (COO) of Haupt Pharma AG

Born in 1954. Dr. Brücher studied chemistry, pharmacy and human biology and was awarded a doctorate from the Centre for Hygiene and Medical Microbiology at the University of Marburg. From 1991 Dr. Brücher held various positions at SmithKline Beecham Pharma GmbH. He was appointed Managing Partner of Wülfing Pharma GmbH in 1996 and is a member of the executive board effective February 1, 2009.

Dietmar Rohleder
Chief Financial Officer (CFO) der Haupt Pharma AG

Born in Werdohl in 1966, trained and qualified as bank clerk with Deutsche Bank AG. From 1989 until 2004, Mr. Rohleder was employed at various locations and in various capacities in the Corporate Customer Credit Analysis and Business Customer Service departments of Deutsche Bank AG. Since the beginning of 2005 until the end of 2011, he was a member of the management board of the company now operating under the name INVITA AG, in which position he was responsible for managing and controlling the affiliated company. Mr. Rohleder has been appointed financial director of Haupt Pharma AG effective June 17, 2010.

Norbert Schwella

Member of the extended executive board of Haupt Pharma AG

Born in 1947, graduation as economist from the University of Bonn. After extensive experiences as Managing Director and CFO in companies such as Brau & Brunnen and Amoco Chemical as well as self-employed interim manager amongst others at Pitney Bowes Germany Mr Schwella became Managing Director of allegropharm GmbH in 2007. He is a member of the extended executive board.

Dr. Hubert Bensmann

Member of the extended executive board of Haupt Pharma AG

Born 1969, Dr. Bensmann did his pharmacy studies and PhD in Muenster. Effective 07 October 2011, in addition to his function as managing director of Haupt Pharma Münster GmbH, he has taken charge of the Supply Chain Optimisation activities for the Haupt Pharma Group. In that capacity he is a member of the extended executive board.
